Heel linings of your RM Williams boots wear through for many reasons. Often when the boots are new and the soles are stiff you get a bit more slip up and down on one heel. This can wear through the leather.
Our expert craftspeople are here to rejuvenate your footwear. Using one piece of leather and stretching techniques we avoid a seam on the back of your heel.
We cut a piece of leather to shape. Stretch it to the fit well. Glue it in and stitched at the top so you don't peel it off when you put your boots on.

Yes sure, check out the Zip Repairs page. Then either send your boots, bag or shoes to us and we will contact you when they arrive. Or send a photo for a quote if it’s not mentioned.

2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you or free return courier if you spend over $100.
