We know how exciting it is to receive your repairs quickly.

Shipping in New Zealand is a flat standard rate of $9.50 on all orders under $100 and free on all orders over $100. Rural is standard rate of $14 on all orders under $100 and free on all orders over $100.

All paid repairs from our website arriving in our shop before 12 noon will be repaired and leave our workshop 2-3 days later (excluding weekends and public holidays). Example if your repairs arrive at our shop before 12 noon on a Monday, we will have them repaired and back on the courier Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.

Please note that for periods, such as the start of winter, repairs will be dispatched within 3-4 working days.
If you require an urgent or Saturday delivery please contact us and we will do our best to make this happen for you (an extra charge may occur). Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days.

We use NZ Post.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your repairs have been dispatched from our shop.

Please note; if you are in Auckland, we recommend including your suburb in the "City" field of the shipping address to minimise any confusion.

Returns

We are aware that occasionally repairs or products could fall short of your expectations or have problems that need to be fixed.

If you receive a repair or product with any issues, we will gladly arrange for a replacement product or a re do of the repair.
Simply email shane@shanes.co.nz and Shane will get it sorted for you. Our aim is to provide high-quality repairs and products that not only look good and feel comfortable but also last well. We value your satisfaction and will always work hard to ensure that you're happy with our products and services.
