Great to deal with customers like Steve. Never met the guy and he sent his boots from the other end of the country with hardly any questions or concerns. Funnily enough, I did have once spot of trouble. I went to our sole supplier and their shop was shut and they weren't answering the phone. Had a sign up saying we are having a baby! These things don't just happen overnight team.
I soon found the team at Boyds online and they hooked me up with some soles and got them sent straight to us overnight. Thanks.
