We will phone, email or txt you so you know your repairs are in safe hands and help you decide what needs doing.  You can pay by internet banking or credit card over the phone.

3. We courier repairs back to you

We will courier your repairs back to your return address within approximately 3 days after you have agreed to proceed with the repair.*
