"Yes I was thrilled with my new swish boots!  Thanks.  And yes, I have to say that I went home and raved about how pleasant you and your staff were.  What a refreshing surprise.  Friendly, helpful and charming.  I left your store and went into the butchery next door.  Same reponse; I walked out quite buoyant.  I was beginning to think "is this a Mount thing?"  However, next two shops (vege, dairy) not so flash.  The latter, no eye contact even!   But then Bake Shack... again...couldn't do enough for me.  That is what customer service is all about.  Not robotic supermarket lines, inpersonal pre-rehearsed phrases or ho hum attitudes and the likes.  So thank you.  Your store is fabulous. Ticks all the boxes.  I will pass this on and have already."
