While Janes boots did have quality YKK zips in them, the zips were a bit light weight, so Shannon at our Mt Maunganui store replaced both zips with YKK 9 coil zips with strong self locking sliders. A great job that will last for a long time. And if the zip sliders ever do wear out in the harsh horsey world they are readily available and replaceable.
