You can have the zip replaced in your horse riding boots. We have replaced the zip in hundreds of boots since the year 2000. Including well known brands like Cavallo, Ariat, Dublin and Mark Todd.

We generally only polish the toes and "outside" of the boots. We don't polish the calf area as it may get polish onto your saddle and then jodhpurs.

While Janes boots did have quality YKK zips in them, the zips were a bit light weight, so we replaced both zips with YKK size 9 coil zips with strong self locking sliders. A great job that will last for a long time. And if the zip sliders ever do wear out in the harsh horsey world they are readily available and replaceable.

Yes sure, check out the Zip Repairs page. Then either send your boots, bag or shoes to us and we will contact you when they arrive. Or send a photo for a quote if it’s not mentioned.

2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • Find the repair you need and add to cart. When you are ready to checkout. Click the bag in the top right corner and check out.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you or free return courier if you spend over $100.
